Studies have shown that ingesting certain types of Aloe Vera can help people to maintain a high energy level, to supplement their diet, and to boost the immune system. Some have reported weight loss from taking Aloe supplements and drinks because they help you to keep your energy up, keep your calories down, and to aid in digestion.
