Sportline stopwatches come in several models, depending on your needs. The classic stopwatches are simple, mechanical exercise accessories, and Sportline makes one with 1/10 of-a-second timer with a reset push-button. These have been used to time race horses, swimmers, and track participants for decades.

Other Sportline stopwatches are considerably more sophisticated; the Alpha 470, for instance, has 100 cumulative and lap splits to 1/100 of a second. Its memory is impressive--it can immediately recall the last 100 splits. It can time start-stop or time-out events up to 10 hours, has a lap counter to 1,000 laps, and has a feature that unlocks splits after five seconds to show current lap time.

Sportline Stopwatches Have Great Features

The Alpha Sport 410 has sensitive buttons for instant response when timing events. With an extra large display, it is easy to read in all lighting conditions. It records first/second fast finishes, and is exact to 1/100 of a second.

Another slightly different version is the Sport Timer 220, which times single events and cumulative splits. It also is precise to 1/100 of a second, times up to 24 hours, and has alarms for the time of day and date. These Sportline stopwatches are watertight to 100 feet, so they are quality products from this company that manufactures some of the best exercise accessories for those interested in fitness.
