A good video will incorporate all the components of an overall fitness program, such as nutrition advice, cardiovascular exercise, and of course, strength training. All three components work together as a system to help you burn fat, boost your metabolism, increase energy, and gain muscle mass.

Another important factor to keep in mind is that your workouts are only going to be effective if you are consistent in your routine. You can't go five times in one week, and then only once the next, and achieve the results you want. To stay motivated, consider hiring a personal trainer who can act as a support system for you when you start to flounder. It'll be the best investment you ever make in yourself.
