Continuing from my article at part 1, i will be covering the last 4 bad ab exercises to avoid in this article.

5th bad ab exercise to avoid - Machine-based twisting exercise

All these machine twisting exercises are only good for reducing the size of the waist but absolutely useless in burning the abdominal fats and developing the abdominal muscles.

6th bad ab exercise to avoid - Torso Twists

This exercise provide no resistance nor burn many calories. Moreover, twisting does not work on the abdominal areas at all!

7th bad ab exercise to avoid - Standing toe-touches

Forget about what others say about the wondrous effects of toe-touches. In actual fact, toe-touches DO NOT strengthen the abdominal muscles or the lower back muscles and hamstrings.
