Hair Regrowth

Hair regrowth products do not always accomplish what they claim. A number of items on the market give people the idea that after a short time they will have a full head of long, luxurious locks, no matter what condition their hair is in to begin with. Many of these products, however, simply don't work at all.

There are other hair regrowth treatments that slow the hair loss process. They do not actually stimulate new growth, but they are good at curbing the effects of pattern baldness. Many of these products have been around for years, and many people have had success using them.

Stimulating Hair Regrowth

In recent years, hair loss treatments that spark regrowth have surfaced. A lot of these products use naturally occurring substances that have been used in a number of ways for over 1,000 years. Natural hair regrowth shampoos, vitamin supplements, and creams attack DHT, which is responsible for most pattern hair loss. In fact, DHT blockers are present in most prescription hair loss treatments, as well.

Getting rid of DHT is not always enough to induce hair growth. There are very few products that have been proven to restore hair to bald parts of the scalp. Even those that do have this capability do not work the same for everyone. It is important to find a product that has a high overall success rate and that has been deemed healthy and safe by the FDA.
