Unwanted HairWritten by Rylee Newton As we undergo the aging process most of us will find unwanted hair on our face and bodies. This is a normal part of the aging process, but that doesn't mean we have to like it or accept it. There are plenty of things you can do to fight the aging process and win. If you don't want to make this a full-time project you can find several reliable long-term solutions that can significantly cut down on the amount of hair growth on your body. Many women have their unwanted hair waxed off every couple of weeks at the local beauty salon. This is a bit painful, and can leave some redness and irritation in women with sensitive skin. Many women also turn to electrolysis for results that last considerably longer than waxing. The goal of electrolysis is to ultimately shut down the hair shaft, and trick it into no longer producing course long hairs. Topical Solutions for Removing Unwanted HairMost of the solutions for unwanted hair come in the form of a topical solution. In recent years a product called Vaniqa was introduced to help women decrease facial hair growth. This product has worked well for many women, but does not promise to remove the hair for good. It does make the job much easier because it reduced the thickness of the hair, and the amount of hair growth. You can also find many other topical solutions that don't require a prescription. You can find these products in beauty supply stores and even health food stores. There is no shame in asking your family doctor or dermatologist for a number of suggestions for removing hair from the face and body. These people have seen degrees of hair growth in their patients, and are there to help you solve you medical problems, as well as to help you look and feel as good as you possibly can.
