Recurrent vaginal yeast infections are symptomatic of out-of-control levels of candida yeast in our systems. This health issue can be caused by taking antibiotics or birth control pills for extended lengths of time, but it can also be the result of too many toxins making their way into the system. Whatever the cause, candida overgrowth is responsible for a number of health issues, not the least of which is recurring yeast infections.

Recurrent vaginal yeast infections, PMS, headaches, depression, and other illnesses can often be the result of a candida imbalance. It's critical that we get our candida levels back to normal to cure these symptoms. Yeast infections are uncomfortable, and cause us to feel "under the weather," and very fatigued.

Recurrent Vaginal Yeast Infections Can Be Cured

Many people with a candida overgrowth know that they feel sick "all over," but don't know how to address their illness. Often, medical doctors simply throw up their hands, and declare the symptoms to be psycho-somatic. However, there are many people who have had success dealing with these issues once they started taking herbal candida remedies.

Recurrent vaginal yeast infections take more energy to deal with than many women are aware, which leads to a seemingly-unrelated chronic fatigue issue. Candida overgrowth also leads to compromised immune systems and overtaxed livers. Clearly, getting this health issue under control with the right herbal supplements is critical to good health.
