Oysters contain zinc, which is linked to sex drive, potency, sperm production, and sustained sexual health for men. One oyster provides the daily zinc requirement. Beans, cereals, lean beef, and turkey are also good choices of foods with zinc.

Certain vitamins that are found in foods are very helpful for improving libido. For instance, vitamin A maintains sexual hormonal function for men and women. Vitamin B increases testosterone levels, which fuels sexual drive. Vitamin C and E also produce overall health and libido benefits. These vitamins can be found in many fruits and vegetables. Surprisingly, they are also all found in chocolate, a known aphrodisiac.
