Spa Gift Certificates

I don't think I can say enough about the pleasures of spa gift certificates. This is perhaps the most wonderful gift anyone can get, unless, of course, you're a ten-year-old girl and you want a pony. Even then, however, a manicure can be pretty exciting. There is something about knowing you are going to be pampered without having to pay for it that is simply lovely. Now you can even purchase some spa gift certificates online, as well as in person at a spa.

A spa treatment may only last an hour, but that is one miraculous hour. Imagine going in, slipping into a robe and slippers and sipping on cucumber water while you bathe in a Jacuzzi and wait to be called for your treatment. Then, you lie down and experience the deep strokes of a Swedish massage. Perhaps you went for the Hot Rock massage and warm rocks are being placed on your back as they release deep tension.

If you are the buyer of spa gift certificates, get whatever you can afford. Make sure to include tip. Either you can get the certificate for a specific amount, or you can purchase a specific treatment. If you're really going to splurge on the gift, get a day package deal. This is where the client goes in and does several treatments. It may start with a deep tissue massage followed by a body wrap, facial and pedicure.

Occasions for Spa Gift Certificates

There are endless reasons to give spa gift certificates. Valentine's Day is one of the best holidays to give spa gift certificates. You can purchase one for you and your honey, and spend a day at the spa together. Father's Day, Mother's Day, engagement, wedding, Christmas, Chanukah, anniversary, Sweet 16 and congratulations are other wonderful times to give the gift of relaxation and pampering. Whoever receives the gift will not forget your generosity.
