Yoga is one of those activities that can be incorporated into your daily routine and can be used as a vehicle for spiritual and personal growth. This form of stress relief therapy improves oxygenation of the blood, relaxes the mind, improves posture, boosts circulation, tones muscles, and creates reserves of energy. Yes, this activity in conjunction with some form of meditation can be a ticket to a long, healthy life.
