The adrenal glands are a pair of triangle-shaped organs the sit on top of the kidneys with the primary job of secreting adrenaline. Adrenal exhaustion is a result of under-functioning adrenals and it is more widespread than you would think. It is a common occurrence in people that have chronic fatigue syndrome.

Some of the complaints that go along with adrenal fatigue are headaches, joint and muscle pain, immune disorders, and allergies. These are symptoms that can be related to a number of illnesses or abnormal body functions. The adrenal and thyroid glands work very closely together; therefore, a thyroid condition will often be accompanied by adrenal fatigue. The best results are obtained when both glands are supported with the necessary supplement.
