Collagen is a fibrous protein that is a major ingredient in the skin, bones, cartilage, and connective tissues throughout the body. As we age, collagen proteins begin to wear down, and the body begins to show signs of aging, usually on the outside first. When the collagen production in our bodies begins to decrease, sometimes as early as 25, the first thing we notice is wrinkles and fine lines on the face.

Why wait until your body actually starts to show the signs of aging to do something about it?
