GABA, Gamma Amino Butyric Acid, is an amino acid that is also one of the most important neurotransmitters in the brain. A neurotransmitter is a natural substance in the body that helps nerve impulses and cross synapses communicate with each other. Pure GABA helps induce relaxation as well as improve the various sleep cycles that we experience every night.

GABA also balances out the stimulation and inhibition center in the brain.
