Xenadrine EFX is a diet pill that stimulates fat loss while protecting lean muscle. It is the updated formula of Xenadrine RFA-1. Xenadrine EFX may have some side effects to be aware of prior to taking. However, with its new and improved formula, side effects have been significantly cut down. Unlike Xenadrine RFA-1, the Xenadrine EFX formula does not contain ephedra, which can be harmful to health.

Ephedra is a key ingredient in various weight loss supplements. Though ephedra is effective in promoting weight loss, its side effects are too harmful to dismiss. Users of ephedra have reported reactions such as heart attacks, heart damage, strokes, seizures, tachycardia, depression, vomiting, coma, respiratory failure, and hypertension. Ephedra has caused death in some cases as well. Because of all the negativity associated with ephedra, the Cytodene company decided to update the formula of Xenadrine RFA-1. The new Xenadrine EFX formula has proven to be just as effective, and ephedra-free.

Possible Side Effects of Xenadrine EFX

Though Xenadrine EFX side effects are minimal, they should be considered in advance. As with any supplement, Xenadrine EFX ingredients will affect individual users in different ways. Some of the more common side effects include massive boosts in energy levels, anxiety, shaking, light-headedness, mild headaches, cramps, rapid heart beat, increased sweating, increased thirst, upset stomachs, and nausea. Most users experience little or no side effects from using Xenadrine EFX other than increased energy and loss of fat.

Some Xenadrine EFX users have also reported that spots appear on their skin while using the product. These spots are likely caused by the ingredient, tyrosine because it produces melanin pigments. On the other hand, tyrosine can be a positive ingredient because it is known to give users a mood lift. To determine whether or not side effects will occur with use of Xenadrine EFX, it is best for users to begin taking the supplements at half the recommended dosage for the first week of use. If no side effects occur, then the recommended dosage may be taken.
