Hunter Ceiling Fan Parts

All ceiling fans come standard with certain parts. You'll of course get your blades, motor, pull and wall switch. You'll also get a mounting kit that should suffice for the three basic mounting styles: downrod, flush or angled. If you bought a fan with a lighting fixture, you'll get all the parts to put that together as well. However, you may decide immediately or down the line that you want to upgrade or change some things about your fan.

If you have a ceiling that is angled more than 32 degrees, you're going to need to pick up a special mounting system. Hunter's special angled mounting system is good for ceilings with up to 45-degree angles. Keeping with odd ceiling angels and heights, if your ceiling is exceptionally tall, you'll need to get longer downrods than what your fan comes with.

The general rule is to keep your fan at a height of seven to eight feet from the floor. If your ceiling is taller than that, you'll have to use downrods. Hunter sells downrods with dozens of different finishes. You can get brass, copper, pewter, French vanilla, black, nickel, bronze patina and many more.

Keeping Your Air Clean

Hunter is also concerned about the general quality of your air. This is why they sell an outstanding line of purifiers, humidifiers, thermostats and vaporizers. Your fan will do its job a lot better if it's whirling around clean air. Humidifiers and purifiers are especially good ideas in dry or polluted areas.

Hunter Ceiling Fan Parts

I came to your "Hunter Ceiling Fan Parts" location to find replacement blade arms for my Hunter Avignon 52". Sadly, I was unable to locate any information regarding parts at all. Where would I find the information I need?
