Hat lights are ideal for use in a variety of different outdoor activities. If you don’t know what a hat light is, it’s a hands free lighting device that fits snugly onto the brim of a baseball hat, helmet or visor. If you want to extend your outdoor activities into the night, you can do so with confidence when you wear a hat light.

One of the most popular uses for hat lights is for camping. If you roll into the campsite after dusk, and you need to set up camp, you can strap on a hat light and get the job done in no time at all. Rather than fumbling around in the dark, you can use a hat light to gather wood, build a fire, cook dinner and locate bathrooms and other campsite facilities with ease.

Hat Lights For Hiking and Climbing
Hat lights are perfect for use during overnight hiking trips. When packing for an overnight hike, you need to leave plenty of room in your backpack for food, toiletries and other essentials. Lighting is important, but you simply can’t afford to use lighting devices that take up too much space in your pack.

If you’re hiking into harsh conditions or rough terrain, you need to be prepared for anything. If you get caught in a snowstorm, or you lose track of members of your climbing party, you may be forced to sleep overnight in the woods or on the mountain. A hat light is useful for reading a map in the dark, shining light onto the trail, or setting up camp in the middle of the night.
