Echo trimmers come in a wide variety of models for both home and commercial weeding and trimming purposes. All Echo trimmers are extremely light-weight and efficient, varying mostly in their engine size and cutting strength. Echo also offers several different types of cutting mechanisms for their trimmers, so you can customize your machine depending on how you're going to use it most.

Echo Trimmers: Models and Styles

The Echo GT-200R is a base model that still has enough power and features to please commercial landscapers. The GT-200R features a 21cc engine and a curved shaft design that makes for smooth, easy operation. Its dual-line rapid-loading trimming head cuts in a 16 inch swath and uses durable 0.080 nylon line. With a four layer drive shaft and a dry weight of 9.3 pounds, this machine is ready for serious trimming.

The SRM-260S is a step up in the Echo trimmer line. It features a more powerful 25.4cc commercial-grade Power Boost Tornado engine and a 59 inch flexible shaft for increased durability. Along the top of the shaft, the SRM-260S has a special piece of mounting that reduces the vibration coming back up from the cutting head.

The SRM-340 is the absolute top-of-the-line Echo trimmer model. Its 34cc engine is extremely powerful, and combined with a 0.105 Crossfire nylon line has the ability to cut through branches as thick as 25 millimeters. It features a 60 inch vibration-reducing shaft, as well as a powerful air filtration system.
