Power surges can destroy even heavy-duty power tools, so it's important to have a generator that will keep its output levels even.

High-end generators offer features like adjustable voltage, so you can plug in tools that use 110 volts and even heavy-duty equipment that uses 240 volts. They also offer built-in fuel-saving features, so when you're not using the generator, it will remain idle and stop producing power. This can save you from expensive gasoline bills if you're running the generator all day.
