Modular bathrooms are an ingenious concept. They utilize tested and proven manufacturing techniques as well as revolutionary materials and some rather clever adaptations of traditional concepts that make them cheap, efficient, and extremely useful. They combine the best of traditional methods with new innovations. Here is how the modular idea has been applied to bathrooms.

Efficient Modular Bathrooms

Modular bathrooms were a brilliant idea, based on simplicity. The modules are all constructed to a uniform standard, effectively keeping manufacturing costs to a bare minimum. Because they conform to a single standard, each module is totally interchangeable. When it's time to replace one, simply tow it off and replace it with an identical version.

Of course, it's not often the entire module needs replacement. It is more common to service or repair a specific part of the module. Modular bathrooms also have completely interchangeable parts. Each part in the module is designed for easy access and replacement, which makes repairs a breeze.

The amazing lightweight material they are constructed with makes modular bathrooms easy to move too. The are set on trailers and can be towed by most vehicles easily. Though each module is uniform, there are a few different types you can choose from. There are unisex modules, men's modules that includes a urinal, and ADA compliant modules. Since manufacturing costs are so low, those savings can be passed on to the consumer.
