Real Estate Newsletter Services

As more and more people look to buying and selling property in their "off" hours, real estate newsletter services draw even greater numbers of subscribers. There are more than a few real estate gurus who sell their services primarily in the form of newsletter tips and advice. For a monthly fee, subscribers receive the latest breakdowns of a given market as well as new property listings.

Some deluxe real estate newsletter services offer "premium" listings to those subscribers who pay more for the privilege. These may be listings that have just hit the market and may include "comps" alongside them that show the specs of properties in that same neighborhood. Services such as these cannot be undertaken by most laypeople since the value of the news delivered is its timeliness.

Are Real Estate Newsletter Services Worth It?

The answer to that question depends upon whose point of view you take. As a real estate investor just starting out, you may still have much to learn about the market and the properties in which you're investing. If your real estate newsletter services are based in that same market, there's value to be had from a monthly (or weekly) subscription. More seasoned investors, on the other hand, may find diminishing returns on this investment.

From a business owner's point of view, real estate newsletter services have definite value. For one, they provide a convenient forum in which to aggregate the latest data on spec homes, demographic changes, and regional trends. What's more, they consolidate all your buyers, sellers, brokers, or partners into one place where they can be easily reached without your having to compose a thousand separate emails.
