Political Surveys

Political surveys are frequently conducted not only by the campaign managers of candidates looking for reliable voter numbers, but by networks, radio stations, newspapers, and web outlets. The information gleaned from political surveys can even help formulate policy directives for some candidates, who are all too eager to pander to their voters. What's more, surveys on politics help uncover attitudes that may ordinarily never find air time, especially more "unpopular" opinions.

Whether you're a registered Democrat, Republican, or Independent, Green Party member, Libertarian, or Socialist, you can get paid to have your voice heard. Don't bother with 10-minute phone surveys by pollsters calling you at dinner time when you can take your political surveys at your own leisure. One of the great benefits of signing up with a market research company is that you get to complete your work on your own timetable, at least within reason.

Questions on Political Surveys

Political surveys can probe voters for any number of feelings or opinions. You may be asked whether or not you agree with a specific policy initiative by the current administration. You may be asked to assess the stance of rival politicians. Or you may simply be asked about the general impressions with which a particular political candidate leaves you.

As with consumer surveys, political questionnaires are unlikely to lead to great riches. But you will be fairly compensated for your time. In some cases you'll be paid an hourly wage for your work. Other times you'll be given a lump sum once you've completed your survey. Either way, political polls can be an excellent way to earn a few extra bucks while kicking in your own two cents about the direction of the country.
