Once you’ve got your puppy, it’s all you can do to keep from constantly taking photos. Puppies seem to be endlessly photogenic and even willing to pose for pictures. There are so many options available to dog owners now. From specialized portraits to dog centric photo accessories, you can find a whole world of puppy photo paraphernalia.

Dog Portraits

There are many photographers now that specialize in dog portraits. There are many studios around the country that specialize in taking portraits of your dog, with or without you in it. You can find listings for these photographers in almost any pet store. Around Christmas, many photographers will set up shop in local pet stores for on-the-spot portraits.

Painters are also getting in on the dog photography rage. There are many artists that will create a painted portrait of your dog and even a portrait of you and your dog or your entire family and your dog. Usually all you need is an appealing photo of your dog that the artist can work from.

Pet stores now offer all kinds of puppy photo accessories. You can get almost any photo of your pet put onto a coffee mug, mouse pad or tee shirt so that you can proudly display your puppy anywhere you go. Lots of companies also offer personalized cookie jars, dog bowl placemats and various other accessories that you can order with your dog’s photo and name on them.
