In the last 50 years, North Scottsdale real estate has experienced a period of extreme growth. It is still one of the fastest growing suburbs of Phoenix, and doesn't show and signs of slowing. Even under the pressure of our sluggish recent economy, North Scottsdale real estate continues to be popular with both transplants and homebuyers from Arizona.

There are a number of factors that make North Scottsdale real estate so popular. Many people in the Phoenix area, and especially in Scottsdale (long considered an excellent vacation destination) enjoy the outdoors. Wide parks, horse trails, and secluded hiking paths show that Scottsdale has retained much of the romance of its past.

Planned communities and remote luxury homes are two of the most popular types of real estate in North Scottsdale. The communities often include Mediterranean-style homes, and may also include access to a private golf course. Many of the homes in North Scottsdale retail for around a quarter of a million dollars, though many buyers consider the area and the amount of square footage that they can get to be well worth it.

If You Are Considering North Scottsdale Real Estate

Currently, the boundaries of North Scottsdale are being pushed further north. Cave Creek and other cities just north of Scottsdale have become popular with many homebuyers, due to cheaper costs and more available space. Also, new freeways and other transit systems have shortened the travel times of many North Scottsdale and Cave Creek commuters, making the area even more convenient for both residents and tourists.
