Grover Beach is a weekend destination for many residents of more urban areas. One of the primary attractions is the drive-on beach, which allows traffic by ATVs, dune buggies and other off-road vehicles. Dune hiking, fishing, clamming, golfing, horseback riding, and wine tasting are among the other activities that draw more than a million tourists to the area every year.

Grover Beach Condos

If you are one of those million people who visit Grover Beach, chances are good that you've considered owning property there. A condominium, whether privately owned or time-shared, can put you in the middle of the ATV action without the hassles of home ownership. Imagine being able to ride all day, then party all night in your own place!

There are quieter activities to be had here, too, and condos are an excellent option for retirees. The central coast area is noted for its wonderful climate, and there are plenty of activities to occupy your time. Visit one of the neighboring wineries, play on one of the many well-maintained golf courses, or simply walk on the beach and watch the sunset over the Pacific.

Another category of condo owners are students from Cal Poly or their families. The college is only about 20 minutes away, and what student wouldn't want to live at the beach? Buying a condo for your student to use while in residence is an excellent investment. After graduation, the property could be rented, used as a recreational getaway, or become your retirement haven.
