Central Florida Real Estate

Central Florida real estate is as varied as it is desirable. Orlando is a bustling city of 185,000, with $17 billion in tourism generated annually. Yet on the outskirts of Orlando, minutes away by interstate, are communities of great natural beauty, with natural springs, lakes, forests, and wildlife.

Kissimmee is a community in south Orlando which is very close to the tourist centers of Disney World and Universal Studios. In Kissimmee you can waterski from your back yard. Your 4 bedroom home in a gated community can be as peaceful, and as lush, as an island getaway.

North of Orlando is the community of Ovieto, Florida. Ovieto is home to the University of Central Florida. Real estate here in this university town is typical for Central Florida - a huge variety of condominiums, townhomes, lakefront properties and single family homes in a setting of spectacular natural scenery.

Small Town Flavor

If you're researching Central Florida real estate you must not forget the smaller communities of Winter Springs, Tuscawilla, Lake Mary and Heathrow. These are basically small towns surrounded by natural lakes and state forests. Home to sophisticated high tech and aerospace industries, these communities retain a small town flavor and their tie to the natural environment.
