Fortunately for Naples residents who want to get into the real estate profession there are Naples real estate schools. Naples is one of the Southern Florida jewel cities located on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and known for great dining, shopping, and world class golf. It is a great city for real estate professionals because of all it offers to visitors, snowbirds, and those who are relocating to Florida.

Enroll in a Naples Real Estate School

If you want to become a Florida real estate professional, you must meet certain minimum requirements. You must be at least eighteen years old and must have received a high school diploma or GED. You do not, however, need to be either a Florida resident or a US citizen to obtain your Florida real estate license. When you enroll in a Naples school, you will be required to pay for the tuition and fees and to submit an application for your license to the state along with the associated fees for the license as well.

You may attend classes at a school in Naples. These schools usually offer classes that are as convenient as possible for students who often have a current job to contend with. Many schools will also offer either online courses or CD-ROM courses to download. Computer based learning can be a great option for those who cannot attend live classes. Whichever type of Naples real estate school best fits your lifestyle and schedule, be sure before you enroll that the course is approved by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC).

Choose a Naples Real Estate School

When you are choosing a Naples school, you should consider such factors as conveniently scheduled classes, cost, and opportunity. Cost can vary greatly, but all of the schools must provide a 63-hour course that meets state requirements as well as a final test that should prepare you for the required state exam you will take upon the completion of the course. If you pass the state exam with a score of 75 or more correct out of 100 questions, you will receive your license before you leave the testing center.
