The latest trend to hit Las Vegas isn't high rise hotel-casinos, but high rise condominiums. Developers from all over the world are bringing the Las Vegas lifestyle to a whole new level with numerous high rise developments throughout the city. Each of these developments caters to those who prefer an active urban lifestyle.

There is a wide range of available amenities when it comes to high rise living in Las Vegas. Several developments are planned that combine the services of a hotel with the ownership and equity of a condominium. These units are great for second homes or vacation residences because they can provide income opportunity through nightly, weekly, or monthly rental.

High Rises for High Rollers

There are also exclusive high rises in Las Vegas that are the pinnacle of luxury living. The four 40-story towers of Turnberry Place, located across from the Las Vegas Hilton have 24-hour concierge services, an exclusive members-only club, and at least four swimming pools. It is widely accepted that the Turnberry Place development is what jump-started the high-rise condo building boom in Vegas.

Some of the newer developments including Sky Las Vegas, Metropolis, and Newport Lofts are perfect for urban transplants from other cities like New York. Some of the features of these projects include rooftop decks, spacious balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The best time to buy many newer developments is before ground is broken because you can lock in a very low price. As developments sell out, the value of your unit is likely to grow, regardless of whether it is complete.
