There are several unique qualities that the City of Grapevine, Texas has to offer. Whether you're a wine buff, a golf fanatic or a vintage railroad enthusiast, this picturesque place is wonderful to relocate to. Considered by locals to be among the most charming of North Texas towns, we can see why when we take a closer look at what's on offer.

The vintage railway has a steam locomotive, affectionately known as Puffy, that was built in 1896. Puffy is the only steam locomotive in operation in Texas, dating from the 19th century. Puffy is just one example: all the components of the vintage railway are of great interest. This is a great attraction for families. The other great attractions include a first class golf course.

Just 21 miles northwest of Dallas, Grapevine is within easy reach of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. With a population of 36,000, Grapevine is growing, but still small enough to be friendly. Like most of the surrounding area, the community is friendly and active.
