Whether you plan on commuting to Seattle or working from home, Duvall real estate is a wonderful option. This is particularly true if you're thinking of the Pacific Northwest as a ruggedly beautiful and verdant escape from the endless sweep of freeway, suburban tract, and urban sprawl. Duvall is your ticket a home off the beaten track but within reach of all the region has to offer.

Settled in the 19th century as a logging town on the Snoqualmie River, just south of the Snohomish County line, Duvall real estate has long since been incorporated, first as a town, then as a city. With a population of about 4,600 affluent and well-educated citizens, it proudly maintains its small-town character and boasts a crime rate so low it might as well not be there. Duvall is a great place to call home, no question about it.

The vast majority of properties you'll see while combing Duvall real estate for a house of your own will have been built from 1960 onwards. All told, there are about 1,600 residences. On any given day you might find anywhere from 75 to 115 available properties on the market, with a price range from about $150,000 to $1,000,000. Median value at the last federal census was about $250,000, but today's average selling price is about $350,000.
