San Diego Wedding Djs

San Diego wedding DJs are usually booked well in advance so it is a good idea to get reservations as soon as you know your wedding date. This is particularly important if you are getting married during a normally busy time, such as the holidays or late spring/early summer (May and June). Weddings often have to compete with corporate or family events that also use the service of DJs and bands.

If you do plan your wedding around a holiday weekend or the busy summer months, you might consider notifying your out-of-town guests of your plans early so they can take advantage of less expensive airfare. Booking flights well in advance can save a lot and it will also give the guests an opportunity to plan a vacation around the time and location of the wedding.

Plan Your Schedule with San Diego Wedding DJs

In making your plans for an outdoor wedding, you always hope for excellent weather. There are times, however, when the weather does not cooperate and plans must change. It is a good idea to have a backup plan when you schedule the DJ, caterers, and other activities. You should include in your invitations a card that will notify guests of any change in plans should it rain.

Get your schedule of events and song preferences ready as soon as you can. When you choose a DJ, you will have to schedule a time to sit down and discuss how you want your wedding day to proceed. They will help you through the activities from providing music and vocalists for the ceremony to dismissing everyone as the bride and groom depart the reception.
