Pre-employment Screening

Pre-employment screening is a great way to ensure that you're hiring only the most capable, trustworthy employees. This type of screening can be difficult, however, since we don't always have access to all of the information required. And simply interviewing a prospective employee doesn't always provide us with a full picture of who that person is.

Professional Pre-employment Screening

It would be great if employers could simply rely on the information a prospective employee provides in their job application. Unfortunately, resumes and references don't always reveal everything you'd want to know about a person. You might never hear about crucial details like credit problems and criminal records.

Pre-employment screening services are offered by many professional investigators. They have the resources to check into a prospective employee's past, to find out if he or she has a criminal record, or has been fired from a particular job because of some type of wrongdoing. They are able to dig up information that the employee would never reveal, and the employer would never be able to otherwise find.

Pre-employment screening can help you build a strong workforce. If you've interviewed several prospects and have decided on the person you'd like to hire, a simple background check can confirm that you're making the right choice. And it's always better to discover any potential problems before you've added someone to your payroll.
