Custom Parking Permits

Custom parking permits provide greater flexibility in the administration of parking privileges to customers and employees. You might have a spot in your lot reserved for the employee of the month. To ensure that the right person parks there, a custom permit can be given to the employee, clearly displaying the month for which he is allowed to park in that spot.

As a security precaution, you may also print individual numbers on parking permits. This allows you to identify the owner of the vehicle easily by matching the number on the permit to your records. To go one step further, you might want to print the make, model and license plate number of the car to which the permit is assigned so that it cannot be stolen from one car and placed in another.

Many hospitals and universities have numerous parking lots. Custom permits allow you to give out permits good for specific lots. For large employers, this is the only way to ensure that parking lots are not overcrowded and that the start of the day does not begin with several cars jockeying to get into a small lot. Parking in an overcrowded lot can be very stressful, and can even result in accidents and lawsuits--so any measures you can take to control parking by employees and guests will ultimately benefit all parties.

Customized Parking Permits for Visitors

If you are expecting visitors and guests, you can have parking permits prepared before they arrive. If you mail them the parking permit with other relevant materials, they will know exactly where to park when they arrive. This eliminates the need for an employee to be waiting by a phone when the guests arrive, as well as provides your visitors with a greater degree of independence.
