High Security Seals

High security seals for containerized cargo and swing door trailers are available that are much more secure than typical bolt seals. While bolt seals have been used for trailer or container security for many years, they are easily circumvented; someone can break into your container and not leave any signs of entry. Even higher quality bolt seals are susceptible.

High Security Seals Make Bolts Obsolete

Bolts are not effective security tools for trailers or containers because they can easily be manipulated. They are ideal for identification purposes and low-end security applications such as fences and cabinets. On large containers, they can only secure a container's handle; anyone can drill out the handle pin and enter surreptitiously.

On the other hand, high security seals bar unauthorized entry into secured storage facilities with swing out doors. The two-piece device covers the handle pin, eliminating would-be thieves from removing it. By strengthening the weakest link in the security chain--the vulnerable handle pin--thieves have no way to unobtrusively enter your container, thereby protecting your assets.

You can use high security seals once (as a one-time throw-away seal) or as a permanent lockable tool with many reuses. Either way, the unit won't be noticed; it's made of zinc-coated steel and looks like standard equipment on a trailer or similar storage container. Completely unnoticeable, this simple high security seal will protect your assets from costly pilferage.
