Tennis trophies are a perfect way to reward individual players (or teams) for their accomplishments during a particular season. Whether you're an event organizer or a team coach, there are trophies available for all different kinds of tennis accomplishments. Rewarding your tennis players with trophies is the perfect way to help them appreciate their hard work and determination.

Types of Tennis Trophies

If you're coaching a tennis team made of some really great individuals, it's always a nice idea to reward them all with a trophy at the end of the season--whether or not they won the championship. This will give them something nice to put on a shelf, to remind them of the days they spent out on the courts with their coaches and teammates. Participation trophies are usually pretty inexpensive, and you can even customize them with the names of each of your players.

For tennis tournaments, there are specific trophies made for the winners, runners up, and other participants. Most of these trophies look like standard sports trophies: a tall pillar with a bronzed tennis player on top, all mounted on a solid base with a customizable plaque. This type of trophy can be engraved with the name and date of the tournament, and you can add the name of the winning tennis player once the tournament is over.

For a special occasion, some trophy styles exhibit a pewter tennis ball mounted on top of an attractive engravable base. Usually, these bases provide enough space on the base for a name and even a personalized message. This kind of trophy would be a great thank you gift for a coach who is really respected and loved by her players.
