Baby Shower Invitations

Baby showers are quite possibly the most adorable type of party to be had. The gifts consist of little baby clothes, soft blankets, fluffy stuffed animals, booties, baby bags and more. The mood is festive yet sentimental and almost everyone has a good time at these showers. The guests usually coo and say, "Aw!" Many baby showers are thrown as surprises. Usually, best friends and the mother of the pregnant lady are the ones who arrange the surprise.

When you are throwing a surprise baby shower, you must do so discreetly. One of the best ways to do this is to mail out invitations. You can explain everything on the little card. Tell people where it will be. Let them know that it's a surprise, so there aren't any accidental leaks. You will want to indicate whether the guests should bring food, drink or anything else.

For surprise baby showers, make sure that everyone knows they absolutely must arrive on time. In addition, you will want people to park a block or two away. Violations of either of these can be dead giveaways. Imagine walking the guest of honor up the walk only to have an unexpected friend show up late with a gift in her arms. Things would start to look a little fishy.

Purchasing Invitations

One of the best places to go to find invitations is the Internet. Well, you're already here, so you don't have to go very far. You can find baby shower invitations with little feet, cartoon animals, ribbons and bows, religious symbols and more. To make them extra personal, add a little comment about the mommy-to-be.
