If you are looking for more realism in your games or want to try a new shooting sport, consider air rifles. These powerful guns are 1:1 replicas of their real-life counterparts. AirSoft rifles have converted many a paintball player into an air gun enthusiast.

Types of Air Rifles

There are three types of air rifles. They are either spring-powered, gas-powered, or battery operated. Different types are good for different things; however, today's technology makes all three types reliable. Spring powered air guns need to be cocked each time you shoot, so there is a little bit of work involved and you cannot fire quickly. For some people, this realism makes a difference, though.

Gas and battery-powered air rifles are either automatic or semi-automatic. So if you're looking for a machine gun replica, it will be powered by either one of these two methods. They fire rapidly at up to 300 feet per second.

One of the best benefits to getting involved with the sport is that it is not that expensive. It certainly costs less than collecting real steel guns! Owning a replica and playing war games with it is a challenging and exciting sport to try. It will improve your marksmanship and add drama to the games you play.
