If you're in the market for tactical knives, don't forget honing stones. You have to keep your knife blade well-sharpened and oiled to get the best performance from your knife. Badly kept knives will not have the longevity that they should, and you owe it to yourself to keep your knives in good condition.

Your recommended knife site on the Internet will have various honing stones. Among the honing stones and knife sharpeners available are the Arkansas Pocket Stones. They come in both #1 weight and #2 weight.

The #1 weight Arkansas Pocket Stone weighs roughly two ounces and measures 1"x3"x1/4". The #2 stone is slightly larger at 13/4"x4"x1/2" and weighs three ounces. Both come with a leather pouch.
