Williams House Details

The Williams House was built in 1859. Guests can choose between themes such as the Versailles Bridal/Anniversary Suite, the Manchu Dynasty Suite, the Amelia Victorian, and the Leonardo Da Vinci room. The mansion and its rooms are beautifully decorated with antiques and lavish materials.

This estate is a landmark in history. Jefferson Davis stayed at the mansion when he was president of the Confederacy during the Civil War. A secret room in the estate was also once used as part of an underground railroad for runaway slaves.
