Caribbean Family Vacations

Bonaire is a wonderful destination for Caribbean family vacations. It is not as frequented by tourists, which I believe contributes to the island having a very low crime level. There are plenty of activities to keep the whole family busy for as many weeks as you can handle in this tropical paradise.

Caribbean family vacations revolve for the most part around the beaches. Make sure you book a hotel close to a sandy beach if you are traveling with children. Otherwise you might want to rent a car and drive to small sandy beaches dotted along the coast. If you do go for day trips, make sure you pack plenty of food and water for the day, as refreshments and other facilities are minimal.

You can also enjoy your luxury villa accommodations for your Caribbean family vacations. A two bedroom villa will provide you with ample room for yourselves and your children. You can enjoy the pool area with your children and if you don't feel like going to a restaurant to eat, you can enjoy meals in the privacy of your dining room.

Book Your Caribbean Family Vacations Today

You can book your vacation online, through a travel agent, or you might be inspired by one of the travel articles in the newspaper. Low season in the Caribbean tends to be between April and October. Remember if you are booking during the Christmas and New Year holiday time frames, you must book well in advance, as hotels and planes will fill fast. You will also pay higher prices during this time than during the low season, both for your accommodations and your flights.
