Choosing Florida family vacations isn't easy since there is so much to see and do in Florida. Between beaches and theme parks, the space center and watersports, every region of Florida is family-friendly. Hotels in Florida are happy to welcome families too, with indoor pools, kiddie pools, and child care access.

You can visit Florida's space-oriented attractions and show the kids where the space shuttle launches. Tour Kennedy Space Center, then take a trip to one of Florida's many beaches. Orlando doesn't even need to be mentioned--everybody knows Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and the myriad of attractions located there.

All-Inclusive Florida Family Vacations

Club Med Sandpiper offers different groups for different ages: there are children's programs for babies through teens, and waterskiing, wakeboarding, inline skating and golf. Miami also offers a wealth of family activities to share. If you want to take the family to the Everglades, there is a family-friendly resort there, too.

Your Florida family vacations might also take place on Sanibel Island or Captiva Island, both off the west coast near the southern end of the peninsula. Here, nature-loving families can learn all about marine life while enjoying shallow coastline and gentle waves. Whichever region (or regions!) you choose to visit for your Florida family vacations, Florida is definitely a magnet for kids and their parents.
