Fort Lauderdale dining is truly an experience. You can find restaurants for all budgets, all ages and all tastes. Because this is such a happening town, many of the restaurants also offer live music, dance shows or sing-alongs, not to mention ocean views. Go out and get a great tan during the day. Do a little shopping for a new outfit that night. Then, go and enjoy your dining experience.

Let's say you've been spending more money that you really want to admit and you're looking for a casual dinner. You don't want to do fast food because you do want to sit down and be waited on, but you don't want to have to forego food for two weeks when you get home. Fort Lauderdale dining offers some great casual restaurants. For an amazing breakfast, try the Egg and You Diner. For your basic yummy soups, sandwiches and sweets, try Little Mermaid.

It's hard to not have a pleasant Fort Lauderdale dining experience. Sure, some places will be better than others, but all of them are pretty good. When you're craving a burrito or some fajitas, or you just have to have some guacamole, head on over to the East Coast Burrito Factory. It's a Chicago-style restaurant with Mexican cuisine. This is where you'd find me most of the week!

Sometimes you just have to have a big plate of spaghetti or a heaping helping of lasagna. You can do so at Bucca di Beppo. This is a chain restaurant only found in a few major cities, but it is wonderful! Do not go there alone or with one other person. The portions are huge and meant for families and big groups. Order several plates and pass them around the table. It's a great way to try lots of dishes at one sitting.
