Group Bookings

One of the most popular markets for group bookings is business travel. Many companies plan corporate retreats in locations all around the world. Most hotels and airlines cater to the needs of business travelers. When you plan a group meeting, you not only gather all employees in one convenient place, but you also reward them for their hard work.

When planning a group outing for business associates, it's a good idea to look for a hotel with nearby conference facilities. Some of the larger hotels feature conference rooms for added convenience. When booking a hotel, it's important to look for one that either provides catered meals or is situated near a number of different, reasonably-priced restaurants.

Rewarding Business Vacations

If you want to reward your employees for their hard work, you can book a hotel in a tropical location or popular tourist destination. Many employees bring family members along on these business trips. If you really want to reward your employees for their efforts, you can make arrangements for family-sized rooms. If you don't want to cover the cost of these larger rooms, you can negotiate with the management for reduced rates for family rooms.

Another way to reward your employees is to plan activities for the time in between meetings. You can make arrangements for morning business meetings, followed by afternoon guided tours and visits to theme parks and other tourist attractions. In most cases, you can arrange for transportation to these attractions directly from the hotel.
