Kauai Spas

Perhaps the only thing more relaxing than lounging on the beach on Kauai is spending the day at a spa on Kauai. There are several spas throughout the island. The majority of them are part of the major resorts, but most offer their services to both guests and non-guests.

The Hanalei Day Spa allows guests to enjoy a day of sun and comfort. While at the spa, visitors can enjoy beach massages, oceanfront yoga, and a series of skin and foot care treatments before capping things off with an island facial. The Princeville Health Club and spa lets guests work up a sweat before settling down for some R&R. The club features all of the latest exercise and training equipment, and the spa offers a variety of facial and body treatments.

The Anara Spa

The Anara Spa at the Hyatt Regency ranks among the top three spas in the world. It has achieved this rating because of its comprehensive services and its incredible setting. Guests of the spa can gaze upon lava rock showers, pristine pools, and vast gardens while receiving facial and body treatments that are native to Hawaii. The spa is laid out in the open air, so people do not have to give up a day in the sun to attend.

Many resorts will allow their guests to book spa treatments when they book their rooms. However, if tourists want to venture to a spa outside of their resorts, it is best to set up appointments well in advance. Costs vary depending on the spa and the services provided, but a price can't really be put on the comfort that comes from a trip to a Kauai spa.
