Not many people think of Arizona for their honeymoons, but one look at Sedona honeymoons could put Arizona first on your list. If you haven't already heard, Sedona was rated one of the 10 Most Beautiful Places in America by USA's Weekend Annual Travel Report. Sedona offers something for everyone. The gorgeous natural surroundings of green forests, red rocks and a babbling creek make wonderful times to be had by all.

Sedona honeymoons can be catered to any couple's personal preference. Sure, you want a romantic room with champagne, candles and a Jacuzzi, but every couple has something else they are looking for in their honeymoon. If it's outdoor adventure that you want, Sedona delivers. Try hiking through the many forest and mountain trails. Take a romantic horseback ride. Get up early and play golf before enjoying brunch on the porch of your bed and breakfast.

For anyone interested in the arts, Sedona has a unique art district. It is within walking distance from many of the inns. You can peruse over 40 galleries at your leisure. Walking past the tempting smells from local restaurants, you will want to make it a point to stop and grab lunch.

Sedona Honeymoons and Festivals

If you so choose, plan Sedona honeymoons so you are there for some of the annual festivals. In May, you can experience the Art and Sculpture Walk or the Sedona Chamber of Music. If you will be stopping by in October, make sure to check out the Sedona Arts Festival. There, you will find over 100 artists, live entertainment and fun for children. After a day of festival-going or outdoor activities, head back to your romantic room, made special by the folks at your inn.
