Sedona Spa

There are a very large number of Sedona spas, and most of them are excellent, even world-class. Most visitors choose to stay at romantic inns, Arizona bed and breakfasts, or luxury resorts, visiting Sedona spas for day trips only. There is so much to do and see in Sedona that spending your whole vacation face down on the massage table is, quite frankly, a waste of time. A tempting waste, but a waste nonetheless.

Sedona Spa Treatments

Sedona spas offer a wide range of treatments. What do you hope to get out of this trip? Would you like to return home looking younger? Include time for a facial. Want to work out the kinks and knots? Then a full body massage is a must. Try an exotic variation on your massage, like a hot stone massage. The technique is similar to deep tissue or sports massage, only it employs very smooth, hot stones, which are manipulated over the back and body.

If you are looking to detox, include time for a sauna. You'll want to open your pores and let all that junk out. For all over good health, you can't go wrong with reflexology. Finally, on your last days of the trip, try an all-over skin softener and exfoliator. You can get a sea weed wrap, mud bath, or salt scrub.

If spas are your thing, try to include one treatment every couple of days. Then, on your last day of the trip, treat yourself to either a half-day or a full-day of spa treatments. You'll return home looking radiant and refreshed, yet you won't have spent all your time lost in the spa. You'll have also enjoyed sight seeing, golfing, hiking, or jeep touring.
